Steampunk action-adventure RPG title Gestalt: Steam & Cinder dropped a trailer AND the date for a playable demo today…and that date is tomorrow! The demo is being released as part of the Steam Game Festival, and is only available for a limited time – playable from June 16th until the festival closes on the 22nd.
The handcrafted pixel art is obviously reminiscent of 16- and 32-bit classics, and the gameplay follows suit with 2D platforming and combat that reminds me – in a very positive way – of more a more recent game: Dead Cells.
Gestalt will hit the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2020.

Stunning action-adventure RPG gets first trailer ahead of downloadable Steam demo.
London, UK – June 15th, 2020 – Sold Out and Metamorphosis Games are delighted to reveal the debut trailer for the stunningly handcrafted steampunk action-adventure RPG Gestalt: Steam & Cinder, and announce that a playable demo will be available to download on Steam tomorrow, Tuesday, June 16th, as part of the Steam Game Festival.
PC players will be able to download and play the demo from June 16th until the Steam Game Festival comes to a close on Monday, June 22nd.
