I’m incredibly curious to see PGA Tour 2K21, created by Nova Scotia development house HB Studios, and the wait is nearing an end with pre-orders now available and the reveals starting to ramp up.
Today they unveiled the first look at a licensed course, TPC River Highlands, a Connecticut course located in Cromwell that overlooks the Connecticut River. It’s a short course by PGA Tour standards, relying more on challenging approach shots than long fairways to give golfers fits. The course is home to one of the more exciting final layouts, with holes 15-17 circling a pond before hole 18 takes it back to the clubhouse – it’s the cap on a second half that’s far more interesting than the opening nine holes.
Here’s the course trailer, expect to see several more as we get closer to the August 21st release date.
